Four Paragraphs on Where You Have Landed
Hsuo has a double purpose. It mainly serves as my living-in-Japan-themed multilingual blog, with entries in French and English, amongst other tongues. In addition, I also offer Ikebana classes aimed explicitly at travelers visiting the Kansai region.
This idea came to me when I saw how difficult it was for nonfluent tourists to get a well-explained and meaningful traditional experience during their stay.
So, if you want an initiation to the ancient tradition of Ikebana during your trip, feel free to contact me at hasuo@tutanota.com. I will happily prepare an entirely customized lesson for you. I can advise on the choice of flowers, on the location of classes, or even help clients decide how much background information on the art of flowers they wish to learn during practice. Furthermore, I can assist those wishing to wear a kimono during their session or arrange an authentic Urasenke-style Tea Ceremony after classes. These are a few examples of how a flower lesson can accommodate your preferences, but the possibilities are endless!
No matter the season, let us enjoy the beauty of petals, discover the curve of leaves, and unearth the secret knots of branches together.
